Hi! I’m Megan Eichler, a co-founder of 410 Consulting Group. I’m an accomplished financial leader and operational strategist with over a decade of experience. I bring expertise honed through diverse roles in both corporate and non-profit sectors.
My journey began in the manufacturing and e-commerce spaces, starting as a receptionist and advancing to Director of Operations of a mid-sized business with multiple divisions and entities. These roles were crucial in developing my ability to see a concept, process, or product design from ideation to completion. My passion for software also began here, as a Salesforce Administrator. When my kids were young, I took some time away from the workplace to care for our growing family. During this time, I pursued my Masters in Accounting, which had always been one of my favorite aspects of my previous roles. I re-entered the workforce as a Staff Accountant II at a local public accounting firm specializing in serving non-profits & ministries. Within a year, I was promoted to Client Accounting Services Manager, overseeing a staff of 13.
Most recently, I served as the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Senior Leadership Team at a multi-site mega-church, where I was responsible for all traditional accounting functions, compliance, and procurement. I implemented policies & procedures that impacted all areas of the organization.
Jesus is the center of everything we do here at 410 and in our personal lives. I was raised in church but truly gave my life to Jesus as a young adult. My faith is the rock on which I choose to build anything and everything. I’m married to Jay, that handsome guy over there, who is my favorite person in the whole world and the very best dad to our four kids. I love a good workout or walk outdoors; coffee and spreadsheets are my love language. In my free time, I enjoy watching my kids develop and pursue their passions, and I have a serious affinity for travel, anywhere.

I’m Jay Eichler, the co-founder of 410 Consulting Group. My diverse career has spanned over 2 decades, with significant experience in the automotive, financial, and ministry sectors. These experiences have shaped my approach to business, focusing on helping businesses and non-profits thrive.
My journey began in the automotive industry, where I worked my way up from detailing cars to becoming an executive for a seven franchise auto group. These various roles taught me the value of process optimization, team building, organizational culture, and the importance of strong team leadership. Transitioning to the financial sector, I hold both the Series 7 and 63 certifications. I specialize in tailoring financial solutions to fit the unique needs of my clients, assisting with not only leaving a legacy, but living that legacy today.
In addition to my secular roles, I have served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Business Officer for a multi-site mega-church. My experience in business has taught me how to apply proven and successful strategies to ministry in a way that respects and enhances the foundational values of the local church.
At 410 Consulting Group, I use my expertise to assist all of our clients in overcoming challenges through strategic planning, process improvement, and leadership training. My goal is to make your operations, financial strategy, and organizational structure smoother and more efficient, enabling you to focus on growth and achieving your mission.
I am a devoted follower of Jesus Christ. It is my relationship with Jesus that guides me, and gives me the ability to walk in the calling, and purpose God has for me.
I am immensely blessed by God with my beautiful wife, Megan, who is not only an incredible mother but also a sharp businesswoman, and our four wonderful children. I am an avid golfer, enthusiastic youth sports coach, and a keen traveler. These activities enrich my life and inform my professional practice, as I believe personal well-being is integral to professional success.
