Hi, I’m Megan Eichler, founder of 410 Consulting Group. Since starting 410 in 2024, I’ve partnered with churches, ministries, nonprofits, and growing organizations to strengthen the financial and operational foundations behind their mission. I bring 20+ years in finance and operations, including serving as CFO and a member of the senior leadership team at a multi-site church.
My path here wasn’t a straight line. I started as a receptionist at a manufacturing and e-commerce company and grew into Director of Operations, which is where I learned to take a process from idea to finished product (and where my love for software began). After time at home with our growing family, I went back to school to earn my Masters in Accounting. I joined a public accounting firm primarily serving nonprofits and ministries, where I went on to lead a client accounting services team of 13.
Jesus is the center of everything we do at 410. I’m married to Jay, my favorite person and the very best dad to our four kids. Coffee and spreadsheets are my love language, and I’ll travel anywhere.
Hi, I’m Jay Eichler, co-founder of 410 Consulting Group. I bring 20+ years of leadership experience across the automotive, financial, and ministry sectors, including serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Business Officer at a multi-site church. At 410, I help churches, nonprofits, and growing organizations strengthen their operations, structure, and leadership so they can focus on their mission.
My path started in the automotive industry, where I worked my way up from detailing cars to an executive role with a seven-franchise auto group. That’s where I learned the value of strong processes, healthy team culture, and good leadership. I later moved into financial services, where I hold my Series 7 and 63 licenses and help clients plan for a legacy they can live out today.
My relationship with Jesus guides everything I do. I’m married to Megan, an incredible mom and a sharp businesswoman, and we have four kids. I’m an avid golfer, a youth sports coach, and always up for a trip.
